My ABS light was on and another shop had looked at it, but could not resolve the issue. Woodard was able to resolve the issue as well as run an evaluation to let me know if I needed anything else done! Communication was awesome and price was under what was quoted.

I can't say enough good things about Woodard's Auto Service and the folks that work there. I and my better half drive 2 Prius 100 miles round trip each back and forth to work 5 days a week. Needless to say we rack up quite a few oil changes every year. Woodard's is where we go for those and all of our other car maintenance needs. Everyone is super friendly and they are concerned about how our cars are serviced. They just care! Plain and simple.

From oil changes to brake service to most any repair you need, these are the folks to do it for you! Myra is the office manager who checks you in, she makes every visit friendly and pleasant. Frazier explains what needs to be done and why. He'll answer any questions you might have about whatever service it is they are performing. All of the service people are kind and courteous. I can't say enough good things about Woodard's and recommend them highly. Today I went in for just an oil change but they took every opportunity to make sure both myself and my car were well taken care of!

I've been looking for a place to trust with caring for my 2012 Prius V and I think I've found it! The office was super clean and the lady at the desk was polite, friendly and professional. I called before coming in to be sure whether I needed an appointment or not. Turns out for most service you do but they welcome walk ins for just oil changes. I got there when they opened at 7:30am and waited about 45 min or so while they completed the oil change. Not long at all. Overall I felt I and my car were well taken care of. I'll definitely return for all my future needs with this car. Thanks for such a pleasant experience!

THEY ARE AWESOME! I was stranded in Columbia, SC and had my van towed as far as I could and ended up here. They repaired parts that was supposed to be replaced here in Wilmington, NC. They were very understanding of my situation. They kept me up to date on what was going on and they were up front as honest. I mainly dealt with a guy named Frazier. Please. If you need work on your vehicle, check with them. You will be glad you did.

Woodard's Automotive has been very fare. You can get comprehensive and thorough work performed on your car or you can get a cheap price, you can't get both. I've had several issues fixed on my 1998 Park Avenue. Jeff explained the problems he discovered and allowed me to decide what needed to be fixed so my car would be safe to drive and what issues could wait. All work completed has been backed by the shop and any problems fixed promptly and at no additional charge. I wouldn't take my car anyplace else.
